Google User Data (Google Sign-In / OAuth): When you choose to authenticate via Google Sign-In, we request access only to your basic public profile information through standard Google OAuth 2.0 scopes (openid, profile, and email). From Google, we receive your Google user ID, primary email address, display name, and profile photo URL.
Session Statistics: Duration of practice calls in minutes, session timestamps, and chosen conversation topics strictly to maintain weekly plan allowances.
Technical Data: IP addresses for rate limiting, device/browser type, and essential security cookies.

2. How We Use Google User Data

FluentAdda collects and uses Google user data exclusively for the following specified functions:

To securely authenticate and log you into your FluentAdda learner account without requiring password entry.
To display your first name and profile avatar so speaking partners can address you respectfully in 1-to-1 rooms.
To send essential transactional notifications, including registration confirmations and subscription invoices.
To prevent fraudulent bot signups and ensure platform safety.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance & Limited Use Disclosure FluentAdda's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

No Advertising: FluentAdda does NOT use Google user data to serve, target, or personalize advertisements under any circumstances.
No Data Selling: We NEVER sell, lease, rent, or trade Google user data to data brokers, marketing agencies, or third parties.
No Unauthorized Transfers: We do NOT transfer Google user data to third parties, except as strictly required to deliver core speaking practice functions, comply with legal warrants, or during a merger with prior user notice.
No AI Model Training: Google user data is NEVER used to train, retrain, or improve generalized machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
No Human Inspection: Human operators are strictly prohibited from viewing Google user data, unless you grant explicit written permission during technical assistance or required by law.

3. Privacy and Anonymity in 1-to-1 Calls

Your personal identity is safeguarded during conversations:

Conversation partners never see your email address, phone number, full legal name, physical address, or payment details.
Partners only see your chosen first name, country, and English proficiency level.
You may practice in audio-only mode at any time if you prefer not to share video.

4. Live Audio & Video Streams: Zero Recording Policy

Zero Call Recording Guarantee: Live 1-to-1 video and audio calls operate via encrypted WebRTC peer-to-peer protocols. FluentAdda does NOT record, listen to, or store the audio or video content of private practice calls. Media streams are completely ephemeral.

5. Payment Processing & Billing Security

Subscription billing is processed via licensed, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways through UddoktaPay (supporting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, MasterCard, and online banking). FluentAdda never stores or handles full payment card numbers or mobile banking PINs.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion Instructions

We retain your profile data and practice history only for the duration of your active membership. You maintain complete control over your personal data:

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

You can request the permanent removal of your FluentAdda account, Google profile information, and speaking metrics at any time:

Send an email from your registered account email to mukulchandraray99@gmail.com or support@fluentadda.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - FluentAdda".
Alternatively, navigate to your Profile view and select "Request Account Deletion".

All personal data is permanently expunged from production servers within 48 to 72 business hours.

7. Data Security Safeguards

We enforce end-to-end Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS), salted cryptographic hashing for sensitive credentials, and continuous vulnerability monitoring.

FluentAdda is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 16 without parental authorization.
